After a few years in storage, I took my Form 1 headphones out, tried to use them, and the earpiece foam completely disinigrated into tacky  black dust!

I talked to local B&O dealer, and they tell me replacement foam is not available.

Do any of you know a source for this foam?

Thanks to your info, I now have the foam replacements for the Form 1 headset.  What glue would you recommend for putting it on?   The foam has a smooth-shinny paper adheared to the back.   At first I thought it was peel & stick, but it does not come appart.   The backing is very slick & plastic like. 

Anyone glued up earpeace foam lately?

Is IS peel & stick; at least the original ones I ordered beginning of his year.

It is a bit complicated though as if you do it wrong you rip the glue off as well: I had a knife inserted under the "carrier paper" to seperate it.
