My big Attyca 2 has two baseplates.............
Guess a lot of them got lost 'somewhere'!
Mind you mine (I think) is one of the cheaper to make Mark 2's so maybe they had the 2nd baseplate?
Anyone else got one to compare and contrast?

What do you mean lost? I think two baseplates is not original, at least not in the manual

Evan:
Why doesn't anyone like the original BeoVox 5000s? Those look like MK1s which are the best of the three if I remember correctly...?
It's not the speakers, it's the subheading the seller wrote that is funny!!

Apparently when Bang and Olufsen needs stock...they call Leslie!
When Leslie sneezes....Beovox 2500s fall out!
We need to start a forum called "Leslie's closet...what's in there?" We can do a product release daily!

Yes I had a good laugh, don't worry.
But seriously - This is something I've always wondered... Why isn't there any interest left in those speakers? I know they are mammoth-huge, but I would love to have a pair... and every now and then I see things like this and where people are even scrapping or giving them away!
They look like they could really move some air!

I think with the BV5000's its just the size of them, although the BV3000's aren't that much smaller!
Thinking of keep the BV5000's in case I ever get a BL5000 system........
Well you can live in hope I guess! lol

Just realised where he got his idea from - see listing above it from Barrie911
