Hi, thanks for the quick response. To be clear I do the following to fix this issue:
1) Turn off the device (hold power for 3 secs)
2) connect to PC (with Beo6 still off?)
3) Launch the Config Tool (which turns the Beo 6 back on)
4) Re download the configuration

2) connect to PC
3) Launch the Config Tool
4) Re download the configuration
