    Awesome Leslie.  By the way, I once restored the finish on the back of one of the glass panels for an MCP and used a spray paint specifically made to simulate stained glass.  It looked identical to the original and with no fear of later flaking off like the cellophane-style original.

    Thanks for the tip Austin! Have you got a link for that? I think I will do another batch this time for the CD 4500. I know what the procedure is making these panels so I can do it for lots of other B&O units like the BC9500Smile No secrets so many others here on this forum can make these themself. The only thing you need is glass, conductive paint, glass paint red and green, black paint, foil or blackened spray, tape and a company who can do the laser engraving.
