On www.bang-olufsen.com they changed the specs for the 10-46 from 2 to 3 HDMI, but is this really an official MK II version? Are there any other improvements at the MK II except of one more HDMI input?

    Re: bv10-46: 2 or 3 HDMI?

In November, I looked at the 46" and it had 2 HDMI.  I asked B&O Melbourne if it came with 3 and they said no.  As it didn't have 3 HDMI, I chose a different brand of TV as I need a minimum of 3 HDMI.

I would hate if they have just updated.

    When did they update it?

    Regards

    Michael.

That's a fast update if it indeed was?

I was told the third HDMI is an internal HDMI for the HD module, so there are only two HDMI to connect other devices.

All BV10 (32, 40, 46) have two HDMI, although B&O homepage says three.

I was told by my dealer that the BV10's currently being manufactured are updated in terms of connectivity and a 3rd HDMI is a result of this. He assured me that the 10-46 I have just ordered will be the later version with 3 HDMI sockets

Well, that's a non sense that B&O just makes an update only few months after the launch of the BV10 46", in a customer point of view. I feel a little bit abused...as mine (2 HDMI version)  was purchased on october 2010. I would have wait to get the 3 HDMI version "grgrgr"....*

I agree, I really hope mine has 3, because I remember reading on the B&O homepage when I ordered mine it had 3 hdmi inputs...

These new specs are existing since August. Check the user manuals available, there is a pre august (2 HDMI) and a post august (3 HDMI) release. But AFAIK, all BV10 46 delivered until now have only 2 HDMI built in, and the panel description behind the TV is the one from the pre august manual.

So b&o is misleading it's customers again... Just as they did with the early Beolab5's... Claiming they would work in syncro mode.

My new BV10-46 was installed last Friday and has indeed 3 HDMI inputs available.

According to my dealer there are some internal improvements as well. One was about the cooling of the LCD screen. I am quite happy with it as the "clouding"  is considerably less compared to my previous 10-40"
