Does anyone have this setup ?

Yes, I do.  Since my first generation BV7-32 cannot connect to a projector directly, so my setup is like this.  Panasonic Blu-ray player's HDMI output to Panasonic PTAE4000 projector and the Blu-ray player's digital audio output to BV7-32's digital audio input.  So the BV7-32 will have a blank screen but it'll output surround sound to the speakers.

You will be able to get a set up like this, using a HDMI splitter. There is one from Gefen, B&O compatible ;) link

I attempted to connect a HD projector to my SKY HD Box where i had picture but no sound. How do i get the sound from the Beolabs? Also, how did u manage to get a blank screen as when i connected the projector to the Sky box my tv was showing the picture also. I then tried turning the Tv off but the Beolabs (8000 & 4000) turned off.

program your Beo4 for "P.MUTE" which is "picture mute" -- I know the phrase is nonsensical :) but it does turn the screen off ... pressing it a second time "unmutes" the screen and you have your vision back
