    ML Grief

Help, I'm obviously doing something wrong. I've just moved around my Avant, BS3200 and BL3500. Just wall mounted the BL3500 and new cable to account for it, however I get everything back on and using the remote for a source on the BL3500 it turns on, shows the source and then goes back to standby. What deliberate thing have I missed in my wiring? Indifferent

    Re: ML Grief

    - check all ML plugs beeing plugged in firmly

As a first step you should set again the options of all units and check confirmation (LED "twinkling")

    - all components have to be in standby

    - BC 3200: set A.OPT to 0 / 1 / 2 (dependig on your main room(s) config  w/wo speakers connected to BS3200)

    - Avant: set V.OPT to 1 /2  (dependig on your main room(s) config  w/wo speakers connected to BS3200)

    - BLb3500: set L.Opt to 6

! Disconnect all components from power for minimum of  2 min !

Restore power and let the system autoconfig (don't use your remote for 1 min)

If this does not help you'll have to check the cables / junction box

Thanks for that I've come to the conclusion one of my junction boxes (the oldest one) was a bit munted, typical though - I nearly bought another one from B&O today but decided not too - sighs! Super Angry

;-)   ... j-boxes do not have a "second live" (and should preferably be replaced by j-boxes "large" with strain relieve)
