Removing Beocom 6000 handset names from base..

    Hi,

Sorry if this is a simple one but I can't find the answer! I used to have 5 Beocom 6000 handsets registered to the same base. Due to two of the handsets going faulty in the last few years, I now have only three working handsets left. Only trouble is the faulty handsets are still showing as associated with the base. Whereas I know how to remove a working handset, I do not know how to remove the references to the old handsets now that they are not working anymore. Any ideas gratefully received. By the way, I do not mind doing a factory reset on the entire setup if this is possible so I can start again.

    Thanks in advance,
    Steve

To reset the Phonebook, Caller ID, Redial List and registered handsets, you have to first reset the base, then the registered handsets one after another:
Press the dot (shift function) placed between the A and V keys followed by 70008 and then OK (in the middle of the wheel) to reset the base.
Press the dot followed by 70009 and OK to reset each single handset.

    Hope this helps.
