Let me introduce my latest this-will-stay-forever acquisition... a clean, nicely working bakelite Beolit 41, local find with help from Ville Smile

    Thanks. Yes - thumbs up
Glad it worked and you'll have fun with the little cosmetic repairs the set needs. Some photos from the inside would be nice! It was great to meet you in person and pop-in to see your collection, too.

To add to the story, this Beolit (along with later Beomasters, another 40's Beolit etc.) was bought by a friend of mine. I had no special interest over bakelite sets but I thought I might pass it to a good new home! I was anyway going to deliver my BM7000 to Mika for repairs and the 41 came along nicely.

If you liked the Mika's Beolit, may I present my pick-up from the lot, my new work-radio: the mighty Bang & Olufsen Grand Prix Present 610K from 1963.  The last valve amp radio by B&O, stereo FM-set with in-built speakers (two speaker elements per channel) and optional stereo-decoder board. Very similar set was restored by Martin in this thread

EDIT: Photo replaced, more in here.

Wow, nice finds, guys !  Yes - thumbs up

I can't remember ever seeing a Beolit 41 with brown knobs. All I've seen were white (ivory).

A Dieter Rams Braun masterpiece to go with the B&Os.

what a nice sergio mazza's bacco table - love it!

great thread btw! there are some very beautiful homes to drool on this thread.

Yes the Sergio Mazza Bacco table by Artemede was a lovely find a while back. I need to get the glass replaced however definitely an underrarted classic from the 60's. Nice pick-up there Jooka. Not many would know what it is.

The Braun TS45 will eventually make its way onto the wall with the other components once they are found.

Nice Sergio Mazza Bacco table you have. I have always loved Artemide for what they make. Your room is neat and clean.

    Yes, very clean install.

Is that a vertical Beo4 stand you have on the end table? Very neat, never heard of one if so.

First B&O (1976) was a Beogram 1500 ... latest (2011) change has been to couple the BL11 with the BL6Ks *sounds superb*

Thank you Ashanti, that site has a bunch of cool products.
I know a few people on here were curious as to where they could buy bosscom products, and that site is a reseller. Just an FYI.

    Much better Lex!
