I'm looking for a part (strain relief) that belongs to a LC2 lightdimmer.

You don't seem to be having much luck getting the part that you want.  Since you already have one at one side of the LC2 that you can use as a template, have you thought about hand carving something yourself.  After all, it is only a simple cable clip that needs to fit into that special shaped opening and it doesn't have to look too flash.  Two pieces of plastic (perspex) and a set of small nuts and bolts would do the trick.  At least you would have your LC2 back in operation fairly quickly.
