I had the same experience when I first bought my BC1. Leave it plugged in for about 4 hours (or overnight) and the 'Wait' message will eventually disappear and you can then put in the PIN. Turning on and off will make things worse-  my dealer has told me that this is an additional security feature.

EDIT Make sure you leave the mains power on. If you only get three attempts at the PIN before all of this procedure repeats, you could be in for a long night if you can't get the PIN right first (or third) time!

Great so far BUT....my dealer needs serialnr but I cant find it. The shelf is repainted so I can not see it on the back

I have put the back of and looked inside but I can not find 8 digits serial there

What shall I do????

It must been there somewhere or must I take it to my dealer? What can they do?

The 8 digit serial number is under the cable entry cover at the back of the TV (on the large label with all the other electrical compliance data).
