Missing Beolab Penta in Configuration Tool

I have recently updated my Beo 5 Configuration Tool and had a quick look at it. I can`t find Beolab Penta any longer in the speakers list (only BL 6000 and BL 8000 from the older series are listed). I'm not sure if I remember right but I believe my old version offered Pentas also as a choice for speakers.

As I am running a 5.1 configuration with BL Pentas as front speakers, does that have any impact on controlling my system? To be honest I never understood why the config tool and the Beo5 needs to "know" which speakers are running. Does it make any difference and if so,  which speaker should I choose from the list to substitute my Pentas?

Choose Beolab 1s. For TVs, it makes a difference to the amount of low bass sent to the speakers.

I have used the BeoLab 8000, but it should not make any difference what speaker you use.

Beo5 should not control your speakers and you've told your TV which speaker is connected.

    Thanks, Peter

That`s why the TV needs to know which speakers are connected but why should Beo5 need to know?
