    Peter :

Just stirring! Smile The orange is supposed to be very big in the Netherlands! I am getting black initially though the blue has its attractions - I have a blue Avant at present and the BL2 and rear 4000s are blue as well.

I like the orange, but only when the TV is off. Black works better when the TV is switched on.

I can´t get ride of such a beauty,

perhaps on another wall in another room......

I almost threw my phone through the window when my mother called the other day and told she had bought a new car and left the old one at the dealer for a really lousy price, without talking to me first. I could've paid 25% more there and then and still get a great deal. And this wasn't even the first time that happened Devil

My wife is like that ! Yesterday she was very happy coos she sold one our old monitor, her happiness was coos she sold it very quickly for about a day..... and you guess ..... she put 1/3 of normal used price and of course she sold it for a day Big Smile

She was so happy that she told me, can we sell some ours others old stuff ??? again you guess my answer !

Nikola, let her sell me your watches! Big Smile

As I spend far more time here than at my home address - I feel like I have one already...Wink

Anyway - thought some images would be apreciated, with the all-new Danish artwork - which involved fillinh holes and repainting the entire wall - although it looks fine...might do the rest of the place as well, having discoved the modern wonder that is a paint pad.

    Regards

    Fair point Unsure

My middle child, who is otherwise quite meek and mild for a 15 year old boy, threatens my beloved avant with all manner of things about to be out through the screen,  whenever he sees CJ -

For whatever reason, CJ does seem to annoy people - although I know one ( nameless) lady of a certain age who thinks he is .....nice , so it seems he is a real marmite man !!

Re: Who will be the first to have BV10 at home?

After looking at the BV8 (and therefore I suppose the BV10) service manual I notice the HDMI receiver chips are capable of decoding HD audio although the TV specification makes no such claims. Does anyone know what else within the TV prevents a decoded stream from being output to the speakers?

Delayed! Not in the country yet but as soon as it is, it will be winging its way to me. B&O of Newcastle were very apologetic and will fit it as soon as possible! No pictures just yet then!

Argh. and now you have to move everything back again and re-cable it up. Never mind Peter, good things are worth waiting for....

I hope you get yours soon. I saw my the Beovision 10 for the first time today at my dealer. It's gorgeous! I will buy one for sure as soon as I have moved to a bigger apartment next year.

Mine has been delayed too. It will be delivered at my house the 11. or 12. of Desember. In time before Christmas anyway!

    One question:

The TV is designed to hang on a wall, and my wife is very keen on wall mounting. However, what height is recommended? It looks better on the wall when it is in line with other paintings, but then the picture will be too high when you are watching TV. My B&O dealer recommends 100cm height at the bottom of the picture. Any thoughts about this? I still have a few days to decide...
