So have finally got my new mac mini properly connected (image wise) to my BV5, needed a VGA to Video adaptor full of electronics instead of a simple one.
I can't get any sound from the TV, I have the mini connected to the BV5 optical digital cable -> converter -> digital coaxial cable and into the second connector behind the TV, in the first one I have my DVD player connected and it works great.
Is it that I have the mini's digital output wrong in some way? Or should I just give up, and connect it via RCA cables? The first option is the preferred one of-course.
