1 Beolink 1000 for the MX 1500
1 Beomaster 6000 Commander for the BM 6000 Quad
1 Beo 4 for the Avant
1 Terminal 3000 for the BM 8000 (never could find a Terminal 8000)
Just sold an MCP5000, Terminal 5000 and a Terminal 6000, so collection is slowly becoming rationalised :)

This is very funny.
Should we do a new thread with the title: Why so many remotes?

MCP5500
Video Terminal (mars bar?) for a MX2000 that I don't have any more.
5 (or 6?) 1000's
10 (at least!) 4'
Although I do quite like the idea of getting a 5000 or 7000 for the AV900, probably a 5000 to stay with the 'blue' scheme
And only last week thought about sorting a shelf out with all the different version of the various remotes.
Also never did quite understand what the Beo 4 Cinema was for? Is it just a button to run an external beamer?
Cheers

"Only 3". Seems to be on the low end for this forum:
- Beo 5000
- Beo 4
- Beo 5
Not counting the Beocoms for volume control.

Goodness!!!!
I have one beo4 (and a spare in a box in the event of a nuclear war and the non boxed one dies).
Seeing your comments I want more remotes now but hate clutter..which is part of the reason i became hooked on B&O
So why do you all have so many remotes!!!!!!

Well to me any B&O unit that can be controlled with a remote must at least have one otherwise its incomplete.
The beosystem 6500 came with the Beo4 MKII. That does not control all of it so I got the Master Control Panel which is cool but I don't use it much and it stays on top of the system.
For everyday use I only need the Beo4MKII.

Never had a Beo5... not sure I really want one, but I suppose it would be a fun project!

I used to have just one as well, but got tired draging the thing around the house all day long to command the system in several linkrooms around the house: so now I've got a Beo4 in a wallbracket in every room, call me lazy if you want :-)

It seemed the only one missing on the board and yes I can confirm it will be a fun project (for me it was...;-)

Well.............there's one or two in my workroom with a BC1 on the wall and a BC2500 on the workbench. There's a couple in the lounge to control the demo stock. One in the sunroom to control the Avant, one in the kitchen for the MX6000 and one in our bedroom for the MX4000 on the wall.
The total number could change depending on stock levels in the lounge and I haven't yet got any AV in the smallest rooms!!

4 x Beo4 in each link room
1 x Beo1 in the living room
1 x BL1000 I don't know why
1 x BL Audio Terminal b/c it looks like a BL1000 and I don't know why
Soon another Beo4 b/c a new BV8 will demand it
Interesting thread. I had never really taken inventory, and now I feel a little sick!!!
