Yes, the models with push-pull output stages will have more power, at least theoretically.
The HiFi amplifier 608 (often referred to as Beolab 608) springs to mind, that's
only a an amplifier, no tuner.
Some of the later Grand Prix models and I believe also the Master Deluxe Present models also
have push-pull output stages, these are complete receivers, tuner and amplifiers.
The Master Deluxe Present and some of the Grand Prix models have built-in speakers.
The Beovox M-100 are heavy speakers to drive. I am not sure they would be a good match for vintage
valve amplfiers unless really powerful (of which B&O didn't produce much, apart from the BOFA cinema equipment).
The impedance will be off too. Typical impedance for valve speakers are 3-4 ohms.
