I wonder if anybody would be able to help me on how to effectively connect a Beolab 2 subwoofer into a PC + Beolab 4 (Non-PC version) set-up ?

It would be interesting to see what you might come-up with - I've tried several methods but, although the Beolab 4s work perfectly, the Beolab 2 remains on stand-by and doesn't activate.

Easiest solution: get a BeoPort & connect the Lab 2 to the BeoPort Powerlink output, then each BeoLab 4 to BeoLab 2!

How does it sound? Isn't the Beolab 2 Sub an overkill for BeoLab 4 speakerS?

I replaced my BeoLink PC2 (old Version) with a BeoPort. It now works (nearly) perfectly with the beolab 4 and beolab 2.

The sound is really cool and it looks perfect with my home office.

However, When I just hibernate my pc the speakers are still on. so i first have to exit beoport and than hibernate my pc.

I want to get a BeoLab 3500 soon ..
