 I can't tell if it's a mark II or a mark III  (someone will be able to)...But the mark III is the one to have if your thinking about buying a Bv7-40 it's easy to tell as the display on the right is in white also has the Beosystem 3 in it with 4 Hdmi's on the back of it and you can up grade to add blu-ray and the new sound board to it later on. or just buy the new mark IIII thats coming out with it in.
