Does anyone know which screen this is D9 or D10 we were misold an Hd ready screen a few years ago and are trying to sort it out.

Has anyone else had problems with B&O customer services? and also is this screen 1080 lines or 780?

It is not the D9 or the D10.

If you are based in Europe, the resolution changed from 852 x 480 pixels to 1024 x 768 pixels from serial number 18390228. Also, you need the BeoSystem 2 mkII to take advantage of the HD-Ready features of the display.

If you have the US/CND display (type no 8956) then the resolution is 1024 x 768.

All information based on the fact that this is the 42" panel.
