In answer to the original email about getting an email notification saying you had upgraded rather than renewed:
This was an error which has now been rectified.
Regards not receiving your email reminders:
I have checked all of the membership email reminders and it would seem they have all been sent out four weeks prior to membership lapsing. The system keeps a log. There are a number of reasons that the members may not have received them:
• Spam filtering via email software or ISP's
• The members email address has changed and the system has not been updated
A possible solution would be to have a reminder notification when the member logs into the system.
