For some reason my Beocom 4 ceased to work and now displays on the screen a "No contact with base" error message.

I have switched power supply, replaced the battery, tested different RJ-11 sockets but no luck. 

Any ideas ?

Hi, sometimes the contactors at the bottom of the 2 units become loose and you get this message, it happened to me some time ago, I just had to use a tweezer to make the 2 contactors from the handset closer & in better contact with the base, and it worked again.

Maybe it's another issue, but on mine the contactors were the only problem..

Have you fixed the problem yet? any suggestion on disassembling the base to get it fixed?
