BeoPort and alternate MP3 Player software

    Hi,

is it possible to use a different MP3 Player software (winamp for example) instead of BeoPlayer when using it with Beo4/BeoPort to connect the laptop to a BeoSound system?

Currently I use N.Radio (which is ok) and N.Music but I dislike the flat hierarchy of the folder/album tree. Any ideas?

    Regards,

    Ronald

Depending on your system, you can always go "out" through your soundcard and go "in" via AAUX.  You won't have control with Beo4, but you can playback with any software you wish and at any bitrate, controlling from your computer.  If using playlists, it might not be too much of a bother.
