At least they got to you in one piece!  I do worry when packing the mugs up...

Not blowing my own trumpet, but aren't they excellent quality!!  When the company that manufactures them sent me a sample, i ran it through the dishwasher twice a day (along with the other household pots & pans of course) for two whole weeks!  After all that, it still looked brand new, so i ordered two hundred of them!!

I've applied the same standards to all the BeoWorld merchandise, and as a result everyone is really very happy with the items they have recieved.

Hi Ray - boy have I missed that AvatarCool

Lee gave me a LifestyleAV 'T' shirt at the UK Beoworld meeting last year and the quality is just superb! (Ralph Lauren would you believe?)

Knowing him as I do then I can assure everyone out there that the Beoworld merchandise will meet the same exacting standards.

    Chris.

The use of metaphors should be avoided like the plague. They're like a red rag to a bull to me.

Just to say I ordered the mug and the pen and recommend both to everyone.

The pen is too clever. Black and red pens, a pencil and a rubber in one pen.

    It's not a rubber, it's a PDA Stylus - try it!

The rubber is a stylus for a PDA as Lee has noted.

I received one of these pens but with a law firm's name and logo on it.  I am curious to know:  how does the pen mechanism determine which cartridge I want, e.g., black ink, red ink, pencil, stylus?  It seems that which ever indicator is facing me, that is the cartridge which will be presented -- unlike some of the other pens which have different buttons for different cartridges.
