    Balance problems. Help!

    Something is wrong with my Beomaster 4500. When I press the Balance key maximum to the left speaker it is ok but when I press maximum to the right both speakers are mute. Then I played a stereo test and it appears that the system is on mono. Any ideas?    Regards

    More clues. This problem only happens when I use active speakers. It is ok if I use the 2-pins plug for passive speakers.

    That it only happens with active speakers is important in this situation! Wink Take a look at the back or the underside of your right speaker - I'm 99% (Read 100%) sure that the position switch is set to L (Left). Switch it to R (Right) and the problem should be solved. Smile
