• Re: Mixing BL7.1/2 with ALT front speakers?

If you are happy with BeoVision 8-40 as a center speaker you will be superhappy with BeoLab 7-2. It really is a fantastic speaker and it will be a great match to your BeoLab 9's. Also the sound prosessor in BV7 is superior compared to BV8 so overall it's a great upgrade to sound quality.

  • Re: Beosound 5 Encore & Spotify ?!

At the moment there's no way to run Spotify natively on the BeoSound 5 platform. It manages your own music collection, IP Radio, and plays auxiliary sources. And no, the sound quality through the AirPort express isn't stellar, but it's a convenient solution. [/quote

One of these films includes Tue Mantoni’s personal story about an event that profoundly moved him years back, and the other features Nikolaj Hübbe, Artistic Director of the Royal Danish Ballet, who describes an experience with sound that touched his ‘dancer’s

  • Re: IR Splitter

No, you will need to split left and right "channels" into separate mono plug female connectors. Dealers can supply such splitter.

  • Re: please suggest best LCD TV 40"+ for my BeoSystem 3 set up

I would recommend BeoVision 7-40 with-out integrated Blu-Ray and BeoLab 7 speaker. It's 1000 euros LESS! than BeoSystem 3 and you will get a great 40" LCD with BeoSystem 3 built-in. Then just add-in your favourite ethernet enabled Blu-Ray player and you are all set. How would any kikinoko tv be a better choice?

  • Re: What´s next?
Portable speaker (some may say it looks like a lady´s handbag) New entry level TV (Feb-12, most likely) in 32" og 40". May not have link options, but priced below 20.000 DKK. Beautiful? It will launch a thread or two on this forum with its new design - but they went all the way with the stand options, including

  • Re: Beolab 11 experience

Do you thik they would add much to the sound of Beolab 3's?
I've heard mixed opinions about this (BL3 + BL11 combo). Some say it will, some say very little (ie. very subtle). My guess is the latter, but I'm going to borrow a BL11 from my dealer for a day or two to test

  • Re: DVB-T2 support

B&O solution is one of the few that has CI and normal conax slot for pay-tv. I have tested encrypted CI DVB-T2 signals from TV Viihde (the world championships of track and field) Yle HD channel and it works great and has fantastic picture quality.

  • Re: BeoSound 5 (Encore) + AirMusic + iMediaControl + iPhone
Interesting stuff! I have a few questions that I need to know before I would get serious about buying the encore. What I would like to do is control the Encore with my iPad, is that possible? I would like to keep my music library on a NAS drive, don't want it/nor will it fit on an iPad/iPhone. If I was to put

  • BeoSound 5 (Encore) + AirMusic + iMediaControl + iPhone

After some time in the DLNA wonderland I have found couple of brilliant apps for iPhone. First is AirMusic app: http://www.plutinosoft.com/airmusic This app will effectively turn your iPhone into a DLNA server and scan your music collection to be shared to other DLNA devices/software. In real life you can use BeoSound 5 Encore with MOTS to play your
