You can connect these things to a decent hi-fi, you know - PUC controlled Apple TV / Mac Mini / Other HTPC. There is actually only one B&O digital music source on the market. And not everybody's a huge fan for various reasons. I can't see a lot of justification in discussing B&O products in this thread, and it's not really relevant

Why would you use a B&O portable mp3 player when they were well behind the competition, and aren't even made anymore? And I'm not entirely sure where you get the idea that using headphones somehow isn't Hi-Fi? There's a website dedicated to audiophiles, some of whom listen exclusively through decent headphones - www.head-fi.org

The fact it's a limited edition meant it was never going to be 'continued' in the first place, though? There was always going to be a limited run, and they're numbered.
