Because of joining our households I have for sale a BeoCenter 6-26 in silver/black with extra built-in DVB-S and a Dolby Surround module. This item is perfect with no scratches or marks. With B&O guarantee until december 2011. We are the first owners, date of purchase: 12-2007 Accompanied with a beautiful Beo5 fully programmable RC, whose programming

Okay, I will ask my dealer for the right one. If someone has any details, please let it know. Now back to Beo5 config. Here comes the next problem: in the setup menu (BC 6-26) under "Connections" is AV1 pointed with V.MEM to my HD1. AV2 should be pointing with DVD to my BD-player and AV3 should be pointing with STB (V.AUX) to my STB. Both

Indeed that's a possible solution to send the IR-codes to DVD and STB. I hope that the commands are not the same! But left is switching between the two: configuring my Beo5 for that job is very difficult. The Beo5 is not aware which PUC is active and therefore will probably switch to the wrong one! Any solution? Sorry, Stefan, a little misunderstanding. I mean the Beo5-display and not my BV display. My experience with the ClarkeTech STB third-party.xml was that all the commands were bundled on the Beo5-display as buttons (OK, Mute, Channel+-, Volume +-). That's not the way I want to use the Beo5. Of course, using the PUC .xml is a better solution, but my

Thanks Stefan, Is it possible to 'translate' that PUC in a way that it can control the Humax directly? With the third party products I cannot use all the navigation and command keys and colored rings on the Beo5-ball. My goal is to control the Humax direct with the full use of the Beo5 keys and not everything from the display. Pim

With Configtool 3.0 I added Humax iCordHd as a product from the PUC Sources. I didn't connect the Humax with the IR-cable/eye because the Humax is not hidden behind a shelf so that's not necessary. From previous discussions I have learned that the Beo5 can directly send commands (RC5, NEC, Bitstream ..). But unfortunately the Humax don't

OK Gavin, that's clear. If you have read/write privileges, there is no restriction to see the contents of that folder if you are the right owner. It is - for some obscure reason - possible that the music files are hidden. There is a nice little freeware program called "Show and Hide" version 1.1 Just try it.

It is possible that you don't have a permission to watch the content of your BM-SHARES folder? You certainly know that if there are two owners within the Finder the one cannot see the files in the other home directory. To do so you have to log in with a name and password from the other owner! Maybe that's the reason. You can control this setting

Hi, Can the Beo5 change (toggle) the setup of a PUC on my BC 6-26 from AppleTV to Sony BDP after I pressed the configured buttons AppleTV or Sony BDP? This is because I have only one IR-input available and therefore I use an jack-splitter. Both are hidden behind (closed) doors! Both PUC's are available in the Beocenter 6-26. Thanks, Pim
