  • Avant Picture Format problems

Hi, I have a 5 year old Beovision Avant 28" RF DVD, nad am loahted to get rid of it until the LCD technology can provide a picture of comparable quality. However, it has recently started playing up with regard to the picture formatting. If I watch Sat, the picture format usually goes to option 2 and then I have to manually overide it to option

  • Re: BEO 5 serialization failure

Hi Keith, Many thanks, but I've been able to sort it now. I worked backwards until I found the problem 'button' and it's IR code. My intention was to create a button amrked 'Cinema' which would lower the lights and also force speaker 5 mode. I started off by copying the light setting and pasting it into the position I wanted

However, when I tried to download the latest configuration, it stated that it had failed and now wont update it at all. I got the following error message Serialization started ... • Re: 1x1 logo's, instead of 3x3 or 4x3

Hi Doc! I use a single BMP image for the opening zone screen on my Beo5. I just increased the pixel size of the image. It took a few guesses to get the size exactly correct but looks good. I've also used a single BMP image for channel slection on my Beo5 for sat. My four year old son uses the Beo5 to change to Cbeebies etc, and knows the logos rather

  • Re: How to place a startlogo

Hi Doc! I have a start logo on my Beo5, but only have one room in which the system works so don't have multiple zones. I downloaded the photo from the B&O website - I used the picture of the top of a Beolab 5 - then resized it using Pixresizer. I then looked up properties on the 'Lounge' button on teh Zones page and added the logo as

  • Re: Logo library

Hi guys! Try www.wikipedia.org as well, it's an on line encyclopedia. Just type in the name of either the radio or TV channel you are trying to get the logo for. I have got all my logos through here as they are fab quality. They just need re-sizing through Pixresizer - downloadable - and they look great! I resized to 81-44 and they have great clarity
