• Photo guide to re-covering RL-60 speakers

Unless I'm mistaken, some time back there was a step-by-step photo guide to re-covering RL-60 speakers on the forum which someone had kindly posted. I've tried searching for it, but can't find it. Anyone point me to it please? Thanks.

  • Re: Harmony remotes & B&O

Thanks very much for the responses. Still not sure though whether or not the Beo4 emits infrared or RF! At least the Harmony units work though and that's what matters.

  • Harmony remotes & B&O

Has anybody out there used, or is using, a Harmony remote to control their B&O equipment? All of my B&O kit, including the TV, are shown in their compatability list, however Harmony customer support have informed me that their remotes do not emit RF, only infrared and therefore cannot control RF devices. Here is part of their response:- "

  • Re: HUMAX FOXSAT HD or HDR
Kokomo, My apologies. I gave you incorrect information. My BC6 has the PD1000 STB option but it is not what I am using and you are correct that it does not control the hDR. I also have Humax CI5100 and CI8100PVR STB options and they both work. I prefer the CI8100 as it has a bit more functionality? Neither will call
Can't help you with the "Fox Sat H" setting but can tell you I use a Foxsat HDR with my Beocenter 6 using the "Humax PR HD1000" in the STB menu. It controls all of the basic functions I need to watch TV (stop, start, channel change, EPG, etc) and you can set up a scheduled recording from the

  • Re: BeoVision 10 white speaker cover

Not a fix for the actual source of the problem, but wouldn't a piece of white paper or tissue over the magnets help to mask this effect? Or how about painting the magnet surfaces? Please feel free to shoot these ideas down in flames as I have not seen or experienced the problem other than the photos shown here.

  • Re: BeoVision 12-65

I realise that I am expressing a personal opinion here and it's all down to personal taste, but why would anyone want to view such a beautiful TV setup and at the same time have to stare at shelving below loaded with books and papers on top of which are scattered various pieces of 'objet d'art'? A TV is not a framed painting looked at

  • Re: UnityRemote, universal remote for iPhone, compatible with Bang and Olufsen
Hi Guys, I dont know if anyone have noticed, but Bang & Olufsen them selves have an app for iPhone and Android Phones. http://www.bang-olufsen.com/beolink-iphone-android-app
Great, but as has been pointed out, the MLG is still required. One step forward, two steps back!

"But I have tried with mild metal polish, and even oven cleaner, but rest assured these were all in small corners, and with extreme care and lightness of touch. However, all have proved ineffective. And they've also done no damage." Hi again Jonathan. Razor blades and now metal polish!! Seriously, from what I've read on this forum
