gsmith: I find the philosophy of B&O not to have at least a "flexible" power supply that would cover N. America and Europe very disappointing! I thought that more and more of their products were being made dual-voltage now... What with globalization and such...

beoperson: I think it looks fresh and unusual. However I see major flaw in this particular design. Problem is with the shape - it may feel good in your hand but round bottom will make impossible to use remote while laying on the table. Buttons located near sides of the remote will be impossible to press unless remote is held in the hand. Unless it will

Design-wise, I like it a lot. It's refreshing in many ways: shape, color, ergonomics, texture. In fact like a lot of the things on his website. Functionality-wise... who knows? What is it designed to control? What protocol and frequency does it use? I think mbee is correct; it's a design concept.

Congratulations Dario! A system worth envying! Take pictures! You're right, there's NOTHING to watch on TV. I don't have one at home either. Just enjoy your carefully-selected movies and your high-quality music; you'll be smarter than the average person around you that way, right?

Wow, what an amazing spread of people, indeed! Wish more would post, especially from the more "exotic" countries. (I'd never even heard of Tuvalu before!) As my avatar says, I'm from the USA.

9 LEE: Forgive me for being cynical - but hasn't that landmark judgement come a whole thirteen years after they were launched? If anyone was going to make a direct copy, they would have done it years ago surely? I'm missing the point though i'm sure, and i really wish B&O all the best in copyrighting their designs. Lee But OHIM was only
