Tom, I agree with you. This is horrible thing. Speaker unit is fine but the handset volume, to me 7/8 is still 1/2 level of any other phone. Maybe I just have to get used to it... or buy another BT headset to connect to.

I just received very latest version (ordered in March, just received... had to wait for software fix) Even making vol. 8, still very hard to hear, specially at outside. Maybe I'm too used to the other B&O's analogue phones but this is not so nice. Speaker on the other hand, once placed it works brilliantly. I hope B&O find way to remote

I noticed that several shops started to display(taking pre-orders) but all the catalogue spec, including official ones are all US MODEL it says DVD region 1, Digital Tuner etc... ALL NOT INCLUDED for Japan. Plus price is about 30% above European price, unlike most other items which are world-price(very similar price anywhere in the world) #I asked them
