  • Beomaster 4500 switch repair

    The glass panel on my receiver is loose. Question#1: I have also lost FM to #'s 0,1,3 and 4. The rest work. I can get #1 and #3 to work if I press hard on the glass panel but of course that is unacceptable. All work through the Beolink1. Can the little tube switches be adjusted? Turned perhaps? Question#2: I want to glue the glass panel back on

    The glass on my receiver is loose and comes off. Question #1: Can the little tube switches be adjusted? I currently only have 2,5,6,7,8,9 for FM selection.The others don't work. They will work through the beolink 1 though. If I press quite hard I can get #1 and #3 to work, but of course that isn't acceptable. Since the glass can be removed,

    My sincere thanks to the three of you who replied. You saved me from destroying a beautiful piece of equipment. As it is though, I just took delivery on the system and the turntable was damaged in shipment. The lid is broken with a huge chuck taken out. I'm just sick about it but it was insured.   • Beogram 4500 turntable- verticle?

    I just purchased a near mint Beosystem 4500. I'd like to mount the Beogram vertically with folding shelf brackets. That way all four units would be mounted on the wall the same. When I want to use the turntable it's a simple task to raise the turntable to the correct horizontal position and play some old vinyl 33's. When finished, simply
