"It was effectively the same control box and amplifier as the Beolink Passive kit but without the IR receiver." Danke

Ralf

Ok, I used a ML junction box to merge the three cables via patch panel. As soon as I get the Lexcom ML/Ethernet cables I will see if it works. Thanks for your support! Ralf

Alex, no problem, if a junction box can take three ethernet cable wires (3 x 8 wires actually), I will go for it! (you were talking about the network hub not working, right?) Does it matter if you use small or big version? Thanks! Ralf

Marcus, what kind of "hub" do you use? Have a look at my question http://forum.beoworld.org/forums/thread/36512.aspx Ralf

Dear Forum, I already managed to link a Beovision 3-32 with a Beosystem 2500 via selfmade masterlink-ethernet cables so that I can use my ethernet cabling. Now I want to add a link room. Can I just use a ethernet hub to merge the ml cables? Or is a ml distribution box or at least a junction box, small, neccessary? I will get new cables from lexcom

Just got one 4 weeks ago - as TV set for bedroom. I got it wall mounted. It is perfect! Very good sound and picture. Watch out for Coated Glass - depending on your needs. It says COG on the sticker at the back... Ralf

k, I didn't but that sound interesting. Can you post a link (or two)? Thanks Ralf
