I found a solution to this problem with a simple converter and ATV black works well on my Avant DVD. It is covered in a thread entitled "Re: ATV Black - Avant, simple question " as below: Thank you so much everyone for the great input and ideas. The converter I mentioned in my original post did not work as i had not realised there were different

Ok I have managed it, used a knife to just lift the fret a little and it then popped off really easily. A little disappointed though because i was hoping that there may be the possibility of finding somewhere to house my Apple TV behind the fret. This I think would have been the perfect location as the remote would work and it would not really be visible

Thanks Beobuddy, I have had a try and can see what you mean. Is there an easy way to get the "block" past the stopper without damaging the fret at all. I have tried using the vacuum cleaner but this was unsuccessful. Any suggestions appreciated. Peter G

Can you tell me which is the correct scart socket to connect the ATV to my Avant and do i need to enter setting to tell the Avant what type of input is connected to that socket, if so which setting? Also what do I need to select on my Beo4 when I switch the Avant back on after

I have a pair of black Beovox CX100 speakers in my bedroom and do no want to wall mount them. Does anyone have a suggestion as to an attractive floor stand that will suit the style of the speakers. The height is not to critical as I just wish to get them off the floor before they get damaged. Any suggestions greatly appreciated Many thanks Peter

Some time ago I purchased a Beomaster 3000-2 from EBay. I have spent quite a lot of time cleaning and it and trying to get it back to its original condition. It now looks fantastic and almost everything works perfectly. It is such a beautiful design and made from such amazing materials that I would love to have it functioning, as it should. The problem
