i think we should let B&O headquarter know so many complaints. It seems that some have faced charging and echo problems. Also, I am sure charging problem is a very stupid problem. Actually NONE of the electronics I have used have recharging problem within 3 years, or some may have problem after 8 years.

thanks. somehow i agree with some of your points... the samsung name is too confusing on a B&O, and it is quite unnecessary. Also, I have tried for around 5 minutes too, i do not think it sound better than beosound 2. But I hope ... there is a more detailed review. thanks a lot.

Dear all, I have bought beocom 4 for a few months only. Soon after purchase, I discover there is a connection problem between beocom 4 and the base charger. Even i have put it onto the charger, the metal contact is not functional, the recharge does not start everytime. May i ask is it a common problem for all of you? and is it possible to solve it forever
