I've had my Beocom 4 for 3 years now and have had no problems at all - it was my first new B&O product I purchased from my dealer. I've always found the sound quality to superb, much better than the BT cordless phones around the house. Both the handset and base have been knocked around with no adverse affects. I've transported an Avant, face down with plenty of padding in the back of an estate - a week later the tube went! When I contacted B&O the first question asked was how I transported and apparently transporting them horizontally is a big no-no. If at all possible, transport it upright Mark

I'm trying to transfer music onto my newly acquired Beosound 6 and I'm having no luck. I'm using Beoplayer 4.65 and copying the albums from CD to n.music then copying to the playlist for the BS 6 and then....nothing. The BS6 comes up 'USB connected' so I'm probably missing somthing obvious but it's getting a little frustrating

Hi, I've just set up the B&O in my new living room and have a couple of issues with the BV3-DVD1set up.
