It is a good list of kit; items will probably sell separately quit well e.g. I have bought the remote previously simply to have a cheap remote for guest rooms. I made a suggestion (in the duplicate of this thread) but since then I have been trying to duplicate your situation and solve it ... but I encounter the same behaviour you have :-( (my test was ATV2 as [DVD], and BS4 as [A.AUX], and the picture goes blank) I still think there has to be a way of going from the Gefen into the BS2 .....
