Hi Jon, I just have connected my old Beocord 1600 to a Beomaster 1001 (a BM1200 without AM) that I am currently restoring and I can tell you that it works perfectly. There is another difference about the sockets, the BC1600 is only in Din whereas the BC1200 is both DIN and RCA and will match better with non-B&O equipments. Marc

Here is THE STYLUS that you were looking for, Tim! Don't miss it they are not so common in new old stock nowadays. Trebles will be more accurate and less "surgical" (like we say in France) than a SP14. Good luck on Ebay! Marc

Bonsoir Ben, Il y a 2 entrées auxiliaires en din 7 broches TAPE2 et AUX/TV (les broches 6 & 7 étant pour le signal de commande Datalink B&O que l'on peut ou non utiliser suivant si on a du matériel B&O ou non).
