In my neck of the woods the cost was so high, that trading in the old Beo5 for a new Beo6 turned out to be a better deal. Check with your dealer (if the workshop charge you by the hour for the repair you are better off getting a new one IMHO). Roger

The picture quality of the BV9 is very good. The new 7-55 mkII is the first LCD from B&O that is close to plasma when it comes to overall picture quality (movements, artifacts etc). The only downsides are the weight of the set (125 kg, so moving it is a hassle), the power consumption ( 0.5 kW/hr) / heat generated and the fact that it comes with
