Best bit of news I've had all year mate We've missed you. Chris.

Beovox S120's - becoming a real pain. So far I've had to resolder the voice coil connections on both the Bass & Mid range drivers of one speaker. The mid range dome voice coil had also become detached from the dome itself so it sounded very distorted - now sorted. Full recap on the crossover of this speaker & it is now working 100% &

Welcome to Beoworld 3702's are very good speakers & much in keeping with the appearance of the rest of your system. However - unless it has been sorted, they will have foam rot on the bass driver surrounds. I would personally go for the S45.2's as these are very much of the same era & have rubber surrounds. Very well regarded 3 way speakers

CDX is very easy to open. Tip it upside down & remove half a dozen or so torx screws, the base wil then lift off away from the aluminium trim (this trim is sandwiched in between the top & bottom parts of the casing). Chris.

Arrived - installed - looking & working great. Chris.

Martin, is the midrange for the M150.2 the same as the one in the S120's? I have checked the service manual for part numbers & it listed as 8480146 which is the same for the S120. On your list it is part number 8480160 but I'm sure it is the same actual spec's. Is the driver stilll available? I may need it pending investigation of one

Thank you very much Graham. You know where I am if you need a return favour. Chris.

Hi all - I know there are hundreds of non-working Beocenter 9000's out there so if someone could sell me a plastic frame for the bottom glass panel I'd be grateful. I need the bottom right hand side/end section only. All of the frames are identical for the whole series of this design of Beocenter so one from a 8000/8500 or 9500 will do. Chris

Do you think they really thought they were selling a BOOKCASE? ....... Someone hasn't done their homework here & thrown away £280, these normally go for 99p! Chris.

I would start by checking the cartridge/stylus. If it hasn't been used for 20 years it is more that likely that the internal suspension in the cartridge has deteriorated & failed drastically as the playing of the record progressed. It seems a bit odd but when these cartridges fail they do so very very quickly. Chris.
