Hi Yes the reason you are now bronze is that you didn't renew within the renewal period and your membership will default back to bronze. All you need to do is go to this page http://www.beoworld.org/register.asp?action=regrade_view and upgrade your account to gold. Your previous membership status will then be reinstated. Regards Van
