I have not had much time to check the site recently, or my membership status. I just logged in and noticed that my gold founder membership is now a bronze without any notification.

Why wouldn't beoworld email out notification of anual membership renewal upcoming? Do i not have an option to return to my original status now?

Our database has the following record of events for your account:

Member joined: 19/4/07
Membership Type: Gold  Founder
Reminder sent: 18/03/08 (Four weeks prior to your membership lapsing)

I can only think that your spam filter blocked the email or you have changed the email address that you originally registered with us. If you have changed your email address could you kindly let me know what it is for our records.

You can upgrade from the bronze to gold by visiting the upgrade page and your founder member status and all access rights will be reinstated. Please let me know if you have any problems.
