My mother has an early MX -7000 from the mid 90's. There is something wrong with it. The image is slightly blurred and there are diagonal stretch across the screen. It is something that seems familiar? I have seen that you can buy cheap MX televisions . An alternative would be to buy a used 32 " Avant. It's probably not economically feasible

I stopped trying to keep up and buy the latest many years ago while I was still young. I saw my friends spend a fortune on electronics. They too realised that it was a waste in the end. There will always be something newer around the corner. How does it work if you use Sony PS3 games on an 32" Avant today? Lets say Gran Tourismo 5 as an example

I saw the The Beolit 12 today. It was smaller in real life than I thought and the sound was quite impressive. But I still don´t think it´s a product for me. But B&O will probably sell a lot of them. The few the local B&O dealer got is already sold out.

I tried to connect headphones to my AV9000 via my Beosystem 7000 the other day. The speakers connected to AV9000 via masterlink to Beomaster 7000. When turning on the cd, one can hear the music through the headphones, but it´s not possible to change the volume. If one turn on the AV9000 one can hear that the music from the cd still is play through

Sounds good that they don´t have tendencies to rot. Talked to a dealer a while ago and they said that older Beovox Redline speakers had that tendency. Adviced me not to buy them. I figured that that was the case with all redline speakers. Read a few threads here and a few other places and was still not sure. However 135 Euro is not that much money
