Hello Fredrik! Of course it gets difficult if a friend is involved! And I like ALL threads where a problem is discussed because I might learn something which helps me in future...I'm not an expert on electrics - but I'm very interested in technics! And I like threads with pictures where you can see how somebody disassembled for example a speaker

I fully agree but want to mention espescially talking about the iPod that iTunes offeres many more options to sort your music files which are NOT compatible to the BM5/BS5 - so even having a well done library on iTunes does not mean it would work with the B&O combo; and sometimes iTunes does not change the idTag properly - it sometimes is not WYSIWYG

I would absolutely suggest to confront your dealer with the problem! Even if bought on 3,2,1 .... if it was sold to be ok and it is not... I do not have a clue how much it would be to repair the lab; if the amount exceeds the post and carry costs I would explain to your dealer to get a cut off from price Bad luck...hope you can fix your problem! regards

so you did not have to change your setup -> BS9000 as Audiomaster; because I've already read that tue to connection problems BM5 would have to be set to Audiomaster...which I would not prefer!... regards elmar
