Can anyone help me to connect my Virgin Media V+ to my Beovision 7. I currently use a scart connection but this does not give HDTV. If I connect using an HDMI cable with DVI adapter, no connection. I can get an HD picture with a PBR connection, but no sound. I also lose the V+ menu contrls through my Beo4 remote Any ideas??

Thats a possibility as we use it in the kitchen I have removed the screws to try and clean but cannot seem to get any further - any ideas

I have a seven year old Beo 4 remote which has frozen. I have replaced the batteries, although no message was displayed to say these had run out. Does anyone know of a solution to this - is there a hard reset button? Many thanks
