Hi everyone. BS9000 is my audio master, Avant is the video master. On the remote eye in the link rooms...the play button defaults to radio. Is there anyway to change this to say...N. Music or even CD? Radio would be my last choice for this. I know I can use a remote and select it but if I wasn't holding a remote at the time, it would be nice for

Thanks for the response! If I hit DVD in the link room it turns on (remote eye led goes out) and then turns back off. I've tried setting different options and also AV on the Beo4. So far it doesnt work. Pandora is an internet music service by the way. I wonder if it's because the dvd is connected with a digital toslink cable to the Avant. Maybe

I have an Avant in the main room that has a Pandora capable DVD player connected to it. Is it possible to hear the dvd audio in my link rooms? I figured since it's playing through the speakers connected to the Avant that it could send the audio signal over the masterlink. Is this not possible? Chris

Hi all- I have a US Avant in the living room and in my bedroom is a mac mini with beoport connected to a Samsung plasma Tv. When I watch a video on the mini I can easily send the audio over the masterlink to the living room (avant connected speakers) I'm wondering what would be the best way to send the mac mini video to the avant? I have a link room with a beolink passive. I have a plasma tv that im using as a computer monitor connected to a mac mini and thats connected to a beoport..all in the same room. I want to have the plex movie sound come out of the passive linked speakers that are already there. Is this possible? Can someone tell me exactly how? I can listen to n. radio

Hello all, On sunday, a technician will come to my house to update my Avant's firmware to 4.9. Does anyone know where I could get a list of supported devices such as dvd players, etc before then? I am hoping this will make the component input available to me since it's been unresponsive so far. chris
