Hi Dennis, You are absolutely right. Problem solved. Thanks a lot for your help Joan ;)
You're welcome. Glad to hear that it solved the problem. - Dennis

That it only happens with active speakers is important in this situation! Take a look at the back or the underside of your right speaker - I'm 99% (Read 100%) sure that the position switch is set to L (Left). Switch it to R (Right) and the problem should be solved. - Dennis

Happy new year! Hmmm... I must admit that I have already bought a "new" Bang & Olufsen product for my collection in 2012. Found a AV7000 US-Version here in Denmark, and that was an opportunity I couldn't miss - The only one I've ever seen for sale in Denmark, is the one I have now! It has stood unused in a garage or so for many
As for the plate on a BL7000, I have never tried polish on that, I'm not sure the chrome touch plate on a BL7000 is the same surface as the Pentas body....?
Hmm... The service manual does only say 'Top plate'... I have always just heard it mentioned as 'the steel plate'... Could someone
Sorry, you're right, I was confused with RDS only BM 7000 has Stupid....(me)
Time for another cup of coffee?
Beomaster 6500 will not give you all options on the Beolink 7000 as it has no two-way functionality?
Huh? Then the two-way MCP6500 wouldn't make any sense! Beolink 7000 was designed for Beosystem 6500. Do you mean, that it (Beomaster 6500) doesn't have RDS?

Bought a complete Beosystem 6500 last saturday with MCP6500 and the Beosystem 7000 Stand (Type No. 2060) at a very resonable price. - Beomaster 6500: Works 100% - Beogram CD6500: Works 100% - Beogram 6500: Has a faulty MMC2. This won't be a problem as I have another one lying. - Beocord 6500: Dead. I have another one, so I can always use that for
