Hi I have a beovision 3 - 28inch tv. When I play DVD's through it there is always a thick black line all the way round the viewable picture (2 inchs wide). I can make this disappear to some extent by using the format function. However, I wonder if my TV has been set-up correctly. When I play my sky box through the TV on a terrestrial channel - say

Thanks - How do I get a software update ?

I have recently moved over the sky+ from virgin as my tv supplier. I was able to operate the Virgin Set-top box via the beo4 remote using the STB-C (infra red lead). However I can't get the remote working working with my sky+ box. Not exactly sure where the sensor is on the front of the sky box. Also can't seem to get access to any menu system
