I figured out the problem... The problem is with the language and regional settings of the Windows. My windows XP is english but keyboard and regional settings are set to Turkish. With these settings Beo5CT does not start normally. I changed them to english and US then everything is OK. Now I have the username password window (it was not available before

Do You know what the problem is? We're the local dealer :) And we cannot use the configuration tool... And we're stuck with that problem.. B&O Denmark cannot help us too.. I've installed the older version of Beo5CT too but it didn't help either...

it's 1.0a... I think I have to use the previous configuration tool and then upgrade the firmware and then use 1.30. Is that right? or is there another way to upgrade the firmware?

I have the latest software 1.30 but I don't know which firmware I have... Maybe that might be the problem but how should I update the firmware without being able to connect it to the configuration tool or there is another way to update the firmware?

Hi, My problem is a little strange. My computer has no problem seeing Beo5 on USB. There is no problem on Device Manager etc but the problem is when I start the configuration tool there is a big red X on the left lower side of the window and I cannot do anything with the program. When I click "About" there are two lines "Beo5ConfigTool
