Hello, Brand new to the forum, and a brand new B&O owner. I just got a Beogram 1602 as a freebie. The main issue I'm having with it is that the 33 rpm runs at double speed, and 45 rpm takes a minute to get up to speed, but is fine when it gets there. I think the unit sounds great, and would like to fix it. Has anyone run into this problem, and
